Trevor was a professional motocross rider which suffered a severe injury which ended his racing career. Looking for a way to make a living, he purchased a van from the local scrapyard and went about making it road legal with the help of his Father, Norman and Mother, Edie. Once it was road legal the real hard work started, getting work for the van! But he managed it!

A big year for TWE. We had the opportunity to work with the US military on Upper Heyford base helping move the military in and out of accommodation.

As the company had continue to grow, we rented more and more yard space! Not the prettiest, but it worked…for now!

We took the massive step to create the pallet distribution division of the business by becoming a member of THE Pallet Network

We outgrew a humble beginning of our muddy yard and portacabins for offices and moved into a new premises to take our business to the next level. This was our home for 10 years!

After being in our previous home for 10 years, we moved back to our original yard but with a difference. This time we purchased all of the land and decided to start building. Image shows Ross (our Managing Director) proudly stood where the warehouse will be built!

This year was a big year, not only have we purchased our new home and start developing, Tristan and Ross were made owners & directors of the business allowing them to move the company forward with the vision they had and allowed Trevor to take a step back.

With safety at the forefront of our operation, we wanted to take it to another level! We redone all of our Health and Safety and became ISO45001 accredited!

After being in our new home for 3 years, we decided it was time to improve and added another 20M worth of concrete loading/unloading bays!

An opportunity came about to further development our relationships with customers in Banbury and we launched our Contract Logistics division.

This was a big year for Ross as he was made Managing Director of the Group of companies with Trevor taking a much further step back into the Chairman role.

The following year we did more improvements. We applied tarmac to the rest of the yard and car park and had lines painted all on the site for safety.

With our workload forever growing and the need for transparency and efficiency, we onboarded with Mandata to streamline our tracking, booking, invoicing and planning!

We extended our offices and renovated all of the outside of them to match our lovely warehouse!

After being a sole member of TPN for 23 years, we were excited by the chance to join UPN (United Pallet Network) alongside TPN to help further our service offering in our pallet distribution division.
